Feeling awesome

Today was worrying me.

I had a visit with my awesome coach and I knew she was up-ing the anti. My mind is pretty much on track, my body, not so much, even after and during the training for my sponsored walk / challenge this summer. 

Having gone through some PT and changing my nutrition, for the better, I thought she was trying to kill me! 

Now, well, not so much because my body didn't suffer as much as I thought it would, my diet is changing ... where I get to eat more ... and my mindfulness is on a roll! 

I'm on the up hill road to amazingness you know ❤
